Everything looks great Drick. I think I would try first the honey Ginger Baby Backs or the Beer Brine Ribs with Honey Sauce.

Hi Drick, everything looks finger licking good. It's hard to choose which one, but my eyes are kinda glued right now on the Beer Brine Ribs and Honey Sauce and the Honey Ginger Baby Backs.
I want all the ribs. I haven't perfected ribs yet. So need to keep trying... I know - it's a hard task but someone has to do it.
Oh YUm! I just bought some beef short ribs... you have surely given me some ideas again...
